Shooting a wedding is always a huge honor for me, but shooting my cousin’s wedding alongside my mom, R. Turner Photography, is something I’ll never forget! Blake and Maddi’s wedding was filled with love, worship, exposed brick and sequins. Everything from the groom’s custom orange tennis shoes to the (wo)man of honor, was reflective of Blake and Maddi. The celebrated their Southern wedding in eclectic style, surrounded by friends and family. I am so excited to finally share these photos with you, and I hope you will feel like you were a part of their special day and feel the love oozing from these images.
Aaron and Torri are our close friends and life group leaders through Cornerstone Christian Church. They recently welcomed a new family member, baby Ellie, into their lives, so naturally we had to do a family lifestyle session! Ellie is so cuddly and sweet, and no one was more happy about her red hair than her Daddy. I hope you’ll enjoy this glimpse inside the lives of this wonderful family, and my friends.
Mark and Amy Beth welcomed their first baby, Alden, into the world! Travis and I have been friends with these two for years, even before we were married, so I was absolutely thrilled to capture Alden during the first week of his life. Their nursey has a woodland theme, complete with a custom fishing rod mobile that Mark and Amy Beth made. Everything about this little family is absolutely precious, and their home is so cozy and welcoming. I can’t image Alden coming into a better family or place to live.
Shooting a couple’s wedding is the most special day I’ll ever capture for them…until they have a baby. Amanda and Damien had the most fabulous wedding several years ago in Atlanta. They’ve since moved to the big city and live on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. Last month, I traveled to New York for Jack’s one month session! It was so exciting to meet him and be reunited with this super special couple! Girls-just wait until you see how cute and fabulous their place is! One photo of the nursery has already been re-grammed by The Bump! I hope you enjoy this shoot as much as I did!!
